I’m a committed health and fitness enthusiast, and I want to use this site to share my knowledge and experiences with others. I love spending time outdoors, doing things like running, biking, hiking, swimming, and gardening. I love competing in a good race, too! To me, there is no more important issue than teaching our children how to connect with the natural world and stay healthy. Exercise and fitness, along with healthy eating habits, have helped me find confidence and love for myself. I want so much to pass that on to my kids! I hope to share some thoughts here, experiences with racing (triathlon, bikes, running), some healthy tips and maybe even some recipes and exercises. Look around and tell me what you think!
